Unit Leadership Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced leader to take charge of our unit leadership team. As a lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve first aid services, leading teams, and mentoring volunteers. You will work closely with volunteers and staff within the unit leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve first aid services.
  • Lead teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Mentor volunteers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with district management to ensure effective delivery of first aid services.

Qualifications:
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in first aid or a related field. Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
