First Aid Unit Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to coordinate our first aid units. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and developing strategies to improve first aid services. You will work closely with volunteers and staff within the unit leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention.
  2. Develop and implement first aid service improvement strategies.
  3. Lead teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports.
  5. Collaborate with district management to ensure effective delivery of first aid services.

Requirements:
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in first aid or a related field. Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
