About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our team in the Southwest region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a consistent, professional training function that meets the needs of the business and ensures effective operations within the Southwest region.

Key Tasks

  • Oversee the facilitation of high-quality classroom-based training and support in all aspects of required training as identified by regional stakeholders.
  • Work under the direction of the Regional Training Manager to facilitate efficient training operations.
  • Manage the regional team and complete training reports, audits, and guidance.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing, leading, and developing teams.
  • Engaging management approaches, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • First Aid at Work Certificate or willingness to gain.
  • Formal teaching/training qualifications or willingness to gain.
  • Level 3 in Management & Leadership or willingness to gain.
