About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Disability Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Wellesley Hospital, providing care to men and women with mental health conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital with low and medium secure environments.

The successful candidate will take the lead on quality, service user safety, and pre-admission assessments, as well as liaison with case managers and care coordinators.
