About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Disability Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Wellesley Hospital, providing care to men and women with mental health conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital with low and medium secure environments.
The successful candidate will take the lead on quality, service user safety, and pre-admission assessments, as well as liaison with case managers and care coordinators.
