About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Learning Disability Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Wellesley Hospital. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions in a secure environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning disabilities nursing, with experience in a similar setting. You will lead on quality, service user safety, and pre-admission assessments, as well as liaising with case managers and care coordinators.
