About the Role:

As an Outdoor Space Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that promote the independence and well-being of people with disabilities.

  • Ensure the maintenance of flower beds, sensory gardens, and other outdoor spaces to meet the diverse needs of our service users.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the accessibility and safety of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of horticultural practices to ensure the health and safety of our service users.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our organizational goals and objectives.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary (£28,000 - £32,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
