Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in the West Midlands. As a Senior Childcare Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young adults with autism and severe learning disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a staff team. They will also possess knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and inspection processes.

Our approach is centered around therapeutically supporting and nurturing the unique interests, abilities, and needs of every child and young person in our care. This requires close collaboration with our Principal Headteacher to create individualised waking day curricula.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a large staff team
  • Develop and maintain high-quality care services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including contributory pension scheme, free parking, and access to employee benefits scheme.
