Job Overview:

Jobseekers Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Account Manager. You will be working with a variety of clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 20 plus client accounts at any one time
  • Process customer enquiries, set up new accounts, prepare quotations, and final despatch
  • Provide high-level accuracy and attention to detail with good numeracy skills
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new contacts through excellent communication skills
  • Resolving any queries that may arise while retaining customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and source competitive rates from suppliers
  • Accurate and efficient preparation of customer files with neat and tidy manual data recording
  • Perform general administration duties as required

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in administration and customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. You should be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
