Job Overview

People Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Motoring Centre Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity offering a competitive annual salary of £27,000 - £33,000 and a bonus of £7,100.00, providing a total remuneration package of £34,100.00 - £40,100.00 per annum.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations of a Motoring Autocentre in Telford, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency in daily activities.

  • Overseeing centre staff, promoting a positive working environment and enhancing productivity;
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks;
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team;
