Job Overview

Elysium Healthcare is a leading provider of mental health services in the Southwest region, with a network of over 90 services across England and Wales. We are seeking an experienced Regional Training Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a consistent, professional training function that meets the needs of the business and ensures effective operations within the Southwest region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the facilitation of high-quality classroom-based training and support in all aspects of required training as identified by regional stakeholders.
  • Work under the direction of the Regional Training Manager to facilitate efficient training operations, ensuring our training centre provides regular comprehensive inductions and refresher training.
  • Manage the regional team and complete training reports, audits, and guidance.

Requirements

  • Be experienced in managing, leading, and developing teams.
  • Demonstrate engaging management approaches, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Have First Aid at Work Certificate or be willing to gain.
  • Have formal teaching/training qualifications or be willing to gain.
  • Have Level 3 in Management & Leadership or be willing to gain.
