Mental Health Training Operations Specialist

Elysium Healthcare is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Deputy Regional Training Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality training programs in the Southwest region.
About the Role- Work under the direction of the Regional Training Manager for Mental Health Southwest services to ensure efficient training operations.
- Act as first point of contact for all information, advice, and guidance relating to TMVA within the Southwest region.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance learning and development provision. A salary of £44,000 - £51,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
