Support Worker Job Opportunity

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Voyage Care Ltd as a Support Worker. In this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, supporting them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing personalized support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, managing medications, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment. You will also work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement person-centered care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.29, paid training, and opportunities for career development. Additionally, you will receive enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour. You will also benefit from Wagestream, giving you the flexibility to draw up to 40% of your pay.
