Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. Possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  2. Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
  3. Effective communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  4. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
