Are you passionate about teaching and supporting students with complex needs?

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive Specialist SEND School based in Telford.

Role Overview
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with Autism and complex needs.
  • They will work closely with the school's dedicated team to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for students to grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the individual needs of students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for behavior management and student engagement.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a UK school, preferably with students with SEND.
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training is desirable but not essential as we offer a free course.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £120 per day.
  • A full-time position with regular working hours (8:15 am - 4 pm).
  • A long-term temporary contract with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
  • Provide two professional child-related references.
