We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Trant Engineering Ltd. Based in Southampton, this role will involve working across various sectors, including Process & Water and Energy.

About the Role

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills to manage a team of SHE Advisors and Environmental Advisors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of SHEQ to ensure effective implementation of the Business Management System (BMS).

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement, develop and improve the BMS relating to safety, health, environment and quality.
  2. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to establish good working relationships.
  3. Develop and monitor key performance indicators across the business.
  4. Lead training sessions for staff on SHEQ policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
  • IEMA Level 3 Environmental Management
  • CSCS card
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO9001:2015
  • Recognised accident and incident investigation qualification
  • Knowledge of working within National Grid projects beneficial but not essential

Estimated Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company car or car allowance.
