Job Title: Structured Cabling Engineer

Job Description:

DCS Recruitment seeks experienced data cabling engineers to install structured cabling, including pulling, terminating, and testing various cabling – CAT5/5E, CAT6/6A, CAT7 – and equipment such as APs and EPOS systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation of data cabling in commercial, retail settings
  2. Safe provision and use of own hand/power tools, and termination kit

Requirements:

  1. Valid CSCS/ECS/Equivalent structured cabling/comms industry related card
  2. Valid IPAF licence for categories 3a and 3b for cabling at high level
  3. Minimum of 2 years comms industry experience

Please note that a valid UKATA asbestos awareness certificate is required for compliance.
