SHEQ Specialist Role

The successful candidate will lead the implementation, development, and improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) related to safety, health, environment, and quality. They will advise and guide all personnel working on projects regarding the implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures. Additionally, they will liaise with client representatives to establish good working relationships in relation to SHEQ management of sites.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. The SHEQ Manager will develop and monitor key performance indicators across the business and ensure certification to integrated management systems such as ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, and ISO9001.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
- IEMA Level 3 Environmental Management
- CSCS card
- Knowledge of working within National Grid projects beneficial but not essential
Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
