Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team based in Southampton. This role will involve working across various sectors, including Process & Water and Energy, and will require travel to sites and regional offices within the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with client representatives to establish good working relationships regarding SHEQ management of sites.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators across the business.
  • Lead on the implementation, development and improvement of the Business Management System (BMS) relating to safety, health, environment and quality.
  • Advise and guide all personnel working on projects regarding the implementation of the SHEQ policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
  • IEMA Level 3 Environmental Management
  • CSCS card
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO9001:2015
  • Recognised accident and incident investigation qualification
  • Knowledge of working within National Grid projects beneficial but not essential

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum. Company car or car allowance included.
