About the Role:

This is a key opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a wide range of mechanical systems, ensuring efficient system performance and compliance with regulations. As a Mechanical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning units, performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, handling refrigerants in line with environmental protocols, and providing technical advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units (split systems, VRVs, VRFs, etc.)
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
  • Handle refrigerants in line with environmental protocols (F-Gas compliance)
  • Liaise with clients and provide technical advice
  • Ensure all works comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations
Requirements

To succeed as a Mechanical Systems Specialist, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer (minimum of [Insert Years] years)
  • F-Gas certification is mandatory
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems in both commercial and residential environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
