We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage a caseload of motor claims, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems
  • Comply with set client SLAs and ensure quality service standards are maintained
  • Allocate new claims and set strategies for resolution
  • Carry out supervisory tasks and assist with training and mentoring junior team members
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in claims handling
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload
  • Supervisory experience is desirable
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
