We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage a caseload of motor claims, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems
- Comply with set client SLAs and ensure quality service standards are maintained
- Allocate new claims and set strategies for resolution
- Carry out supervisory tasks and assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Minimum 5 years' experience in claims handling
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload
- Supervisory experience is desirable
- Ability to work as a team and independently
