About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy and Management: Develop and execute a brand marketing strategy that fuels direct demand generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through the development and execution of data-driven, multi-channel content strategy and successful product launches.
  • Content Team Strategy: Lead the content team strategy to create compelling and results-driven brand storytelling, driving innovative content development to captivate and engage target audiences effectively, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing content team.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Lead the product portfolio management to ensure brand positioning and growth.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with the eComm team to analyze creative performances, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and achieving strategic marketing objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage highly engaged social media brand properties to engage with and inspire target audiences, ensuring their growth and support for on/offline customers while keeping engagement at best-in-class levels.
  • Earned Media and PR: Increase brand trust and relevance with industry, KOLs, relevant editors, and target audiences through the effective use of earned media and PR.
  • Performance Content Strategy: Drive business growth for our brands through a robust performance content strategy.
  • Consumer Engagement: Drive improvement in brand's consumer engagement through business and marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Employ a data-driven strategy to build, execute, and iterate messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel/media mix.
  • Media Strategy and Content: Work with EU head of brand strategy and media to ensure best-in-class media strategy and consistent and relevant brand content (including advertising).
  • Consumer Journey: Understand our consumer's complete journey to allow us to unlock new growth and ultimately brand loyalty/love.
  • Business Growth and ROI: Partner with the sales teams and Finance to support the forecast of business growth, and set the strategic approach to drive the highest ROI marketing investments on and offline.
  • Acquisition and Attribution Model: Manage and refine acquisition and multi-touch attribution model.
  • KPIs and Insights: Ensure regular and fluid communication of KPIs against goals, including analysis and insights from data.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and partner with the eComm and regional teams to deploy customer acquisition and retention strategies across multiple touchpoints, leveraging data-driven insights that lead to optimization.
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in customer acquisition and retention, a strong business intuition with problem-solving mindset.
  • Growth hacking mindset: must be highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter, including the ability to process large data sets.
  • Proven track record of successful management of organic social media communities and PR.
  • Experience in graphic and digital creative design, including copywriting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
