About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media, content, and influencer marketing strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Management: Develop, curate, publish, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and any other relevant future social media channels.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and monitor user engagement and feedback.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the marketing, design, sales, regulatory, and global teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to optimize our social media presence.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across UK, France, Italy, and German markets.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Support the team to execute marketing campaigns across UK, France, Italy, and German markets. Manage the campaign operations.
  • Content Creation: Create all social media content (across platforms and formats) using Canva, Shutterstock, Plannable, and any other relevant design tools.
  • Offline Event Management: Organize and manage offline events to promote brand awareness and engagement, ensuring seamless integration with online campaigns.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and other partners and stakeholders to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Plannable, Sprout, Later, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
    • Thorough understanding of the graphic design and video editing software.
    • Experience in event planning and management is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Passionate about social media and digital marketing.
    • Capable of reporting on KPIs and providing strategic recommendations.
    • Being a dog or cat parent is not a must, but a keen interest in pets is in our brand DNA and is necessary.
    • Multi-lingual will be considered an asset (French or Italian).
