Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Asset Development: Design and develop marketing materials, such as presentations and training modules, to ensure go-to-market readiness.
- Retail Asset Management: Update and maintain in-store retail assets, including step-up charts, hierarchy maps, and catalogues.
- Content Review and Collaboration: Proofread content for accuracy and performance, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure key product technicalities are covered and align with the strategy.
- Learning Module Creation: Support the creation of learning modules to provide training to retail store teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing innovative solutions.
- Brand Development: Support the development of the Big Picture UK brand via the website, outreach, and social media.
Requirements
- Product Knowledge: Enthusiastic about learning how products, software, and services integrate to create comprehensive solutions.
- Adaptability: Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and unexpected challenges.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Product Understanding: Demonstrated ability to understand and translate product features into compelling customer value propositions.
Salary: £30,000 depending on experience
