Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Conference Producer to join our team at Lipton Media. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the senior conference producer in researching topics, developing high-quality content, and managing speakers for our exciting b2b events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Content Development: Conduct thorough research on topics and develop engaging content for a range of events and related channels.
- Speaker Acquisition and Management: Identify and secure high-profile speakers, including industry experts and thought leaders, for our events.
- Programme Production: Collaborate with the senior conference producer to produce engaging and informative programmes for our events.
- Event Delivery: Work closely with the event team to ensure that all events are delivered to a high standard, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and production timelines.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Degree-educated with 12 months + commercial experience in a related field, such as journalism, content creation, events, marketing, media, and communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
