Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team as a Brand Identity Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and building the visual identity of our prestige brand, Zesty Paws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Packaging Projects: Develop and update packaging artwork for our entire product range, as well as create new product design concepts and artwork.
  • Create Ongoing Seasonal Creative Direction & Campaigns: Develop seasonal creative direction and campaigns that reflect our unified brand image and follow our marketing calendar.
  • Art Direction for Photoshoots: Work with our Brand Manager to manage brand and product photoshoots, including creative direction and briefing photographers/studios to deliver relevant imagery for all channels and website requirements.
  • Digital Assets: Create digital assets for email, social, and website content to ensure a consistent online presence across all channels.
  • Support with Imagery for Ad Hoc Presentations: Provide support with imagery for ad hoc presentations.
  • Maintain Close Working Relationship: Maintain a close working relationship with our Marketing team and Performance Marketing channel owners.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years' Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of creative strategy, vision, communication, and management, with an emphasis on beauty and luxury skincare.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with video creation and editing experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work to strict timelines.
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver consistent quality with a high attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to budgets and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Degree in Graphic Design or a related subject.
