• Colour Services: Perform a wide range of hair colouring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and colour correction, ensuring high-quality results that align with client expectations.
• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired outcome, offering expert advice and suggestions to achieve the best possible result.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of L'Oréal products and techniques, staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in hair colouring.
• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional client experience, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to maintain the salon's reputation for excellence in hair services.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in monthly training sessions with L'Oréal Professionnel Global Ambassador and our Creative Director to continuously improve your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
• Salon Standards: Uphold Blush + Blow's high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Colourist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in colour correction, balayage, and highlights.
• Certification: L'Oréal Colour Specialist degree is required.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to clients and deliver results that meet their expectations.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
