Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join one of our clients based in Newark. This permanent position is well suited to an individual looking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration
  • Support to various departments
  • Order processing
  • Creation of Purchase orders and communication with suppliers
  • Scanning site records and data into relevant project files in Sharepoint
  • Monitoring/controlling incoming site paperwork via post and/or app
  • Compiling Detailed Pile Summary sheets from pile records received from each project site
  • Assisting Operational Staff with compiling Works Package Plans for each project
  • Administration of Pre-start meetings, including meeting minutes
  • Emailing electronic records/testing data to customers following approval
  • Creating documents in WORD, PDF, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
  • Tracking Purchase Orders in MS NAV
  • Dealing directly with suppliers, supplier queries, deliveries to site, and supplier setup in Company systems
  • Providing assistance to Driven Piling team members as required
  • Assisting in preparation of Estimates
  • Active involvement in tender follow-ups and reports to work-winning meetings
  • Reception cover on a rotating basis to cover breaks and annual leave
  • Communicating effectively with the team, senior management colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
