Temporary Administrator
\About the Role:SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled Temporary Administrator to join our client based in Newark. We are looking for an individual with experience in administration, preferably within a fast-paced business-to-business organisation.
\About the Job:The role will provide valuable experience and support to the office function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining filing systems, scheduling and calendar management, preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and documents.
\Requirements:- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly and supportive work environment.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Estimated Salary: £12.00 per hour. Working Hours: 8.00 PM Monday - Friday.
