Job Overview
Future Prospects Group Ltd seeks a Learning and Development Administrator to work closely with the HR team in delivering high-quality training plans that support business objectives. The role involves facilitating employee development, administration support, and planning training events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize training events, ensuring employees are informed about upcoming L&D opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of continuing professional development within the organization.
  • Design and develop training programs and workshops, either independently or in collaboration with external providers.
  • Support the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and educational content.
  • Manage the training budget and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
  • E nsure all employees complete mandatory and refresher training on time.
  • Utilize and manage e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) technologies effectively.
