About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including general office administration, order processing, and creation of purchase orders. They will also be required to scan site records and data into relevant project files in Sharepoint, monitor incoming site paperwork, and compile detailed pile summary sheets.

Responsibilities

  2. Support to various departments
  3. Order processing
  4. Creation of Purchase orders and communicating with suppliers
  5. To scan site records and data into relevant project files in Sharepoint
  6. The monitoring / control of incoming site paperwork via the post and/or App to ensure it is received on time
  7. Compile Detailed Pile Summary sheets from pile records received from each project site
  8. Assist Operational Staff with compiling a Works Package Plan for each project in advance of issue to the client
  9. Administration of Pre-start meetings including meeting minutes
  10. To partake positively in training, mentoring and growth strategies for your professional enhancement, and potential
  11. Emailing of electronic records / testing data to customers - following approval
  12. Creation of documents in WORD, PDF, EXCEL, OUTLOOK
  13. Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders in MS NAV
  14. Dealing directly with suppliers, supplier queries, deliveries to site, supplier set up in Company systems
  15. Providing assistance to Driven Piling team members as and when required
  16. To assist in preparation of Estimates
  17. Active involvement in tender follow ups and reports to work winning meeting
  18. Reception cover on a rotating basis to cover breaks and annual leave
  19. To communicate effectively with your team, senior management colleagues, clients and stakeholder to the business
Working Hours and Salary

Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm | £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
