The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager to play a crucial role in the engagement, support, and growth of our largest car dealer partners. You'll build deep relationships with senior executives at top dealerships, supporting their profitable growth through the use of Motorway's products and services.

You'll communicate the value proposition, tailored to each dealership's needs, and achieve sales growth targets by securing commercial commitments from our partners. Additionally, you'll introduce new products and services to support dealers' sales growth and act as the voice of the dealer within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives at top UK dealerships
  • Communicate the Motorway value proposition to meet specific dealership needs
  • Achieve sales growth targets and secure dealers' commercial commitment
  • Introduce additional products and services to support dealers' sales growth
  • Act as the 'voice of the dealer' within the business

Requirements

  • Strong demonstrable experience in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts
  • Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level
  • Deep product/service understanding and ability to develop expertise

About the Role
