Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and engage with new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, utilizing exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Product Knowledge and Value Proposition: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our telecoms solutions to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in new business acquisition within the telecoms industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong background in selling Hosted Voice, Unified Communications, Mobile, and Connectivity solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently in a remote-based role, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
