About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at HK Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell products and services to industries such as construction, promoting and selling company solutions to local councils, large house builders, and other companies.
  • Lead Generation: Create new business sales leads within assigned UK targets via outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients.
  • Account Management: Work with existing clients to provide effective account management and cross-sell up-sell opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and assess their suitability.
  • Database Management: Build and maintain a database of prospective client information.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Effectively record all activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Strong telesales & lead generation experience ideally gained within the construction environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with clients.
  • CRM Software: Previous experience in B2B sales utilizing CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative and consultative approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results.
  • Hubspot CRM: Experience of Hubspot CRM (or equivalent) and the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
  • Office Based: Office based with a 37.5 hour week, 8:30-5.
  • Pension: Pension scheme.
  • Holidays: 23 days + 5 days over Christmas + bank holidays.
