Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Psixty Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business development role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
