Key Responsibilities- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Conduct targeted cold calls to create interest in our products and services, generate new business leads, and arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and meet sales targets, guiding the team to achieve and exceed goals.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Customer Relationship Management: Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and services offered by Oscar Technology.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and features of our systems and processes, and document them to ensure quality of service.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our software to customers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Market and promote our portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks, both before and after the sale, ensuring the help desk process is followed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the industry, specifically in VoIP, Cybersecurity, Managed Print, and Disaster Recovery.
- Management experience is preferred.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive basic salary of up to £45,000, first-year earnings of £65,000, and upwards of £85,000 by year two. You will also receive a car allowance of up to £4,500 per year and expert training from our Sales Director.
