Physiotherapy Care Coordinators

The ideal candidate will have equivalent education required for RI licensure, with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline strongly preferred. A minimum of one (1) year progressive clinical experience is required, with previous experience in an acute care or Home health care environment setting preferred. Valid CPR certification and a valid RI Board license are also required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on experience.
