About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Warwickshire Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, effective clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development of the physiotherapy team and service.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience of working in a hospital setting, preferably in elective orthopaedics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
