Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team at Care New England Health System.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and be certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care. A minimum of six months job-related experience is preferred.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate pulmonary rehabilitation programs to promote patient recovery and well-being.
  2. Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.
