We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide general, cardiac, pulmonary, rehabilitation, and end-of-life home health care services to adults throughout Rhode Island. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their own homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Rhode Island
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home healthcare or hospice services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
