Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Care New England Health System. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services to patients in the Medical Telemetry Unit. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing general patient care, assisting with personal hygiene, and performing routine activities as directed by the Registered Nurse.
  • Initiating, assembling, and maintaining accurate functional charts for all patients in the assigned unit.
  • Maintaining patient medical records in an orderly manner and documenting all care provided and significant information.
  • Observing assigned patients and reporting any patient care problems, changes in patient condition, or unexpected occurrences to the RN/Team Leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Vocational/technical training and more than six months of job-related experience or equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, basic computer skills, and medical terminology.
