Medical Imaging Professional

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality CT examinations and delivering exceptional patient care.

  1. Prepare patients for CT scanning, ensuring their safety and comfort during the procedure.
  2. Interview patients to assess their sensitivity to contrast material and review their medical history.
  3. Operate equipment using established protocols, monitor its function, and troubleshoot when needed.
  4. Administer oral, rectal, and IV contrast as necessary, and assist the Radiologist with biopsies and drainages.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring their comfort and safety during the procedure.
  • Compiling and analyzing data for image quality and exam completeness.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess an Associate's degree in Applied Science with a focus on Radiology and a minimum of six months' job-related experience or equivalent. CPR Certification and ARRT are also required.
