Intensive Care Unit Nurse

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating intake, triage, and assessment for clients, as well as monitoring overnight CSU clients for behavioral health, clinical, and medical needs. Your expertise will ensure that each client receives individualized care, tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
About the Job:
- Assess clients' physical and emotional needs, developing a comprehensive plan of care to address these needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, share knowledge, and provide support.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest best practices, research, and regulations in mental health and crisis management.
Requirements:
- Rhode Island License or Compact Licensure Registered Nurse preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Proven experience working in psychosocial rehabilitation settings, preferably with vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
