About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to drive the growth of our Collateral Management business in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from planning and analysis to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication among stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and internal standards, coordinating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with senior executives and clients.
  • 8+ years of project management experience within the financial sector, preferably in Collateral Services.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications advantageous.
