At Workato, we're on a mission to empower businesses to achieve their full potential through innovative solutions. We're seeking an exceptional Director of Solution Consulting, EMEA (Presales) to join our growing team in the EMEA region.

This role will report to our Global VP of Solutions Consulting and will play a critical part in creating a vision for our customers. As a seasoned leader, you'll be responsible for developing, leading, and managing a world-class team that delivers exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants/Solutions Architects (Presales) aligned with our EMEA business objectives.
  • Partner with EMEA Sales Leaders to plan, forecast, run QBRs, and provide presales coverage.
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent via coaching to grow our solution consulting organization.
  • Articulate and educate on business, technical, and architectural concepts to various audiences.

We're looking for someone with strong experience in leading and building presales organizations in the EMEA region. You should have a strong background in enterprise integration and automation, as well as experience in developing customer-specific value propositions and roadmaps.
