Key Responsibilities:
To provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a luxury omni-channel environment, including Personal Shopping, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Retail.
Main Objectives:
To build enduring client relationships, inspire loyalty, and create a warm welcome that differentiates Tiffany & Co. from the competition.
Key Skills:
Fluent in French, with superior communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve individual and department sales plans.
Requirements:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- French Speaking and writing
- Previous sales or service experience in a retail or contact center environment.
- Familiarity with website technology, website navigation, and terminology associated with e-commerce.
- Flexibility with work schedule; weekends as required.
- Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK
