As a Retail Store Manager at Tiffany & Co., you will lead a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales plans and profitability targets. You will be a mentor, teammate, and coach, fostering a climate of service excellence and client development by maximizing the performance of motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, and engaged employees who are sales plan achievers.

Fiscal Accountability

The Store Manager will be accountable for delivering profit plan sales and profitability targets. This includes demonstrating favourable/positive audit control results, Return on Investment on all major investments, and ensuring all day-to-day activities support key retail strategies and current initiatives.

Service Excellence

The Store Manager will foster a store environment of Service Excellence, defining, modelling, and holding staff accountable for demonstrating behaviours that enhance client engagement, build enduring relationships, and represent Tiffany Brand values. They will also coach all staff to reinforce Tiffany & Co. training concepts and develop the necessary skills to ensure consistent delivery of Service Excellence.

Business Development

The Store Manager will assess local market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective client development strategy to drive new client acquisition, lapsed client re-engagement, and cultivation of Tiffany Register (TR) clients. They will communicate the client development strategy and related individual objectives to each member of the branch, utilising Engage as the tool to execute the strategy.

Talent Management

The Store Manager will acquire talent by building a robust internal and external talent pipeline through employee, client, and personal networking. They will identify and select top talent using pre-hire assessment reports and interview guides, and ensure a consistent, branded onboarding experience for all new employees.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates. However, it may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
