Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our London store. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing stock levels, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and controlling stock loss.
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard, including visual merchandising, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on store performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff attendance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
