We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to assume the role of Store Director for our flagship location in South West Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving store sales and profitability through effective management of day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in senior retail management, with experience in high-turnover or flagship stores. Strong leadership and commercial acumen, combined with excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive store sales and maximize profitability.
  2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and attention to detail.
  3. Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to deliver on-brand store displays.
  4. Lead and inspire a large team across creative and operational areas.
  5. Analyse relevant reports, review market trends, and creatively manage merchandise from receipt to sales.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven retail management experience, preferably in a senior capacity, within a fast-paced environment.
  2. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, including financial management and budgeting expertise.
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions, particularly in regards to back-of-house processes, scheduling, and organisation.
