As a Showroom Manager at Luv Bridal, you will be part of a skilled team that prides itself on creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. With a wide range of elegant gowns from renowned Australian and International designers, we cater to sizes 2-28 and offer an inclusive gown range.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Director to oversee the daily operations of our Perth showroom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, inspire a team of Bridal Stylists, and contribute to the continued success of Luv Bridal. Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring every bride feels valued and supported throughout her shopping experience.
  • Lead a team of Bridal Stylists, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive brand image, promoting our values and aesthetic across all channels.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results through effective communication and coaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for growth.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
