Tiffany Store Operations Lead

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales goals.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Leading back of house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and processes.
- Partnering with store leadership to drive key initiatives, supporting the team and achieving sales goals.
- Capturing customer data to cultivate new and existing customers, deepening relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Acting as Guest Experience Manager, key holder, and carrying out opening and closing procedures when a manager is unavailable.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work, with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
